Y Llwyfan … the centre for creative and cultural excellence.
Y Llwyfan is the new £2.5 million Cultural Enterprise Centre based at Trinity University College Carmarthen . The Cultural Enterprise Centre is a joint venture between the college, Carmarthenshire County Council, Welsh Assembly Government and Theatr Genedlaethol Cymru and is designed to provide state of the art facilities for the creative industries in West Wales.
Y Llwyfan provides a permanent base for Theatr Genedlaethol Cymru and arrange of organizations in the creative and cultural sector such as Arts Care Wales, Cyhoeddiadau Barn & freelance Creative writers.
Y Llwyfan is the hub and the heart of the iCreu project.
The centre has conference and meeting facilities as well as incubator units for new and existing businesses in the creative and cultural industries. The centre also supports individuals who have an interest in starting and developing new businesses within the sector.
